Multichannel commerce software for European sellers
SellerHelp connects your marketplace accounts, your stock and your accounting into one system. Built in Poland for merchants who sell on Amazon, Allegro, Kaufland and Empik at the same time — and who are tired of reconciling all of it by hand.
What SellerHelp does
One catalogue, one stock pool, one set of books
Most of our customers sell the same catalogue across several marketplaces. Each channel has its own panel, its own stock figure, its own report format and its own settlement file. Keeping them consistent is manual work that grows with every new channel, and mistakes in it cost real money — oversold items, cancelled orders, damaged account metrics, and month-end accounting that never quite reconciles.
SellerHelp removes that work. One product catalogue, one stock pool, one order queue, and one set of financial reports that feeds your accounting system.
Orders in one place
Orders from every connected channel arrive in a single queue with a consistent structure, so your team fulfils them the same way regardless of where the sale happened. Status changes and shipment data flow back to the marketplace automatically.
Stock that stays accurate
One stock pool across all channels. When an item sells anywhere, quantities update everywhere within minutes. Overselling — and the account health damage that follows it — stops being a recurring problem.
Listings and pricing
Create and maintain listings from one catalogue, with AI assistance for titles, descriptions and translations into the languages of the markets you sell in. Pricing rules keep you competitive without watching each channel by hand.
Reporting and reconciliation
This is what our customers ask for most. We import settlement, fee and financial event data from each channel and turn it into reports your accountant can actually use — reconciled against payouts, mapped to your chart of accounts, and ready for Polish bookkeeping systems such as Subiekt Nexo and for KSeF e-invoicing.
Advisory
Beyond the software, our team provides account health consulting, listing compliance reviews and marketplace onboarding support for merchants entering new markets.
Amazon integration
How SellerHelp connects to your Amazon account
SellerHelp connects to Amazon through the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). You authorise the connection yourself, from your own Amazon seller account, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How the connection works
- In SellerHelp, you choose “Connect Amazon account”.
- You are redirected to Amazon Seller Central, where you sign in with your own credentials. We never see or store your Amazon password.
- Amazon shows you exactly which permissions SellerHelp is asking for. You approve them.
- Amazon returns an authorisation token to SellerHelp, which we store encrypted and use only for your account.
- You can revoke the authorisation at any time from Seller Central, under Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps. Access stops immediately.
What we do with your Amazon data
- Import your orders and order items, so you can fulfil them alongside your other channels
- Keep your inventory quantities synchronised, so you do not oversell
- Create and update your listings and prices
- Import your settlement, fee and financial reports, so your Amazon revenue can be reconciled and posted correctly in your accounting system
What we do not do
- We do not combine your data with any other seller’s data
- We do not sell, license or share your data with advertising networks, data brokers or analytics providers
- We do not use your data to compete with you or to inform any product we sell
- We do not access your data for any purpose other than delivering the service you have authorised
Where your data lives
All data is hosted in the European Union. It is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest with AES-256. Your data is held in a logically isolated tenant, separate from every other customer. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is limited to named staff on a least-privilege basis.
We retain data only as long as we need it to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to biuro@sellerhelp.pl, and we will confirm it in writing. Full detail is in our privacy policy and our security overview.
