Privacy policy
Data obtained from marketplace platforms
When you connect a marketplace account — including an Amazon seller account connected through the Amazon Selling Partner API — SellerHelp processes data from that account on your behalf and on your instructions. You remain the controller of that data; we act as your processor.
Categories of data processed
Order records and order items, inventory quantities, listing and pricing data, settlement, fee and financial event reports, and account performance information.
Purposes
Fulfilling the orders you receive, keeping your stock and prices synchronised across channels, maintaining your listings, and producing the financial reports you use for accounting and tax purposes. We process this data for no other purpose.
Location
All processing takes place on infrastructure located in the European Union.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Each customer’s data is held in a logically isolated tenant. Access requires multi-factor authentication and is granted on a least-privilege basis to named personnel, reviewed quarterly.
Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Any personally identifiable information obtained from an order is deleted no later than 30 days after that order is delivered, except where tax or invoicing law obliges us to retain it, in which case it is held in a restricted-access archive for the statutory period and used for no other purpose. Other operational data is retained for no longer than 18 months.
Disclosure
We do not sell, license or otherwise disclose your data to advertising networks, data brokers or third-party analytics providers. We disclose data only to subprocessors necessary to deliver the service, each bound by a written data processing agreement, and to carriers or tax authorities where you have instructed us to do so in order to complete a shipment or issue an invoice.
Your rights
You may withdraw your marketplace authorisation at any time from the marketplace’s own settings, and you may request deletion of your data by writing to biuro@sellerhelp.pl. We confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.
